To be eligible for a refund:

- Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable processing time.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
